Information Clause on the Processing of Personal Data of Participants in the Publishing Process
The controller of your personal data is the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute of Aviation, with its registered office in Warsaw (Al. Krakowska 110/114, 02-256 Warsaw, Poland).
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- to carry out the publishing process for the journal Marketing of Scientific and Research Institutions (MINIB),
- to perform the contract concluded with you (if applicable),
- to fulfill archiving obligations.
The legal basis for processing your personal data is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR). The legitimate interest pursued by the controller is the conduct of publishing activities related to scientific research and development work.
Your data will be stored for the duration of the publishing process and, where applicable, for the period necessary to perform the contract. After that, the data will be retained for the period required by applicable law.
You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
- request data portability,
- object to the processing of your personal data,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Providing personal data is a condition for participation in the publishing process and/or the conclusion and performance of the contract. Failure to provide the data will prevent the fulfillment of these purposes.
The controller does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making based on the data provided.
