Innovation activity management in scientific and research and development organizations

Jerzy BarukA new trend called “revolution of innovation” is clear visible in the development of the modern economy. Its benefits can be maximized through the rational approach to innovation activity management, knowledge management (treated as a source of innovation) and systemic connection between the science with industry and customers in the process of creating value. The content of the publication is thus the concept of systematic approach to innovation activity management, with special emphasis on the commercialization of innovation, and using of knowledge as a source of innovation.
