The data are processed in order to fulfill the agreement signed with you and\/or in order to carry out the publishing process, as well as for archival purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b). (f) Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 4.5.2016), and the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator is to conduct publishing activities related to scientific research and development works carried out. Personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the performance of the agreement concluded with you and\/or for the duration of the publishing process, and after their completion for the period resulting from the relevant provisions of law. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, to correct, delete or limit the processing and the right to transfer the data, as well as the right to object to the processing and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The provision of personal data is a condition for the implementation of the concluded.<\/p>\n<p>If you and your contract and\/or participation in the publishing process, failure to provide data will result in the impossibility of achieving the above mentioned purposes of data processing.
