The article is theoretical-empirical in its nature. In the theoretical part on the base of the results of cognitive-critical analysis of the literature chosen aspects of playing by an university the role of an employer and attracting the young people as potential employees are presented. Typology of young potential employees depending on reasons of their aversion toward an university as an employer

The article is theoretical-empirical in its nature. To prepare its theoretical part the method of cognitive-critical analysis of the literature on marketing and management was applied.
